Ingredients
1 lb Leg of lamb, cubed all visable fat removed1 pkg frozen soup vegetables1 15oz jar Patak's Rogan Josh sauce (HOT)2 cups water
Directions
Brown lamb in large pan, add vegetables, rogan josh sauce and water. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer until the sauce reduces to a thick consistency, about 45 mins.
Serve over basamati rice.

Serves 8

Can substitute beef or chicken and any available vegetables you have on hand. I like green beans, carrots and corn.
