Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts1 Bag Broccoli1 Can Cream of Chicken soup0.5 Cup Mayonnaise1 Bag Cheddar Cheese
Directions
* Boil chicken breasts for 1 hour.
* Boil the broccoli for 20 minutes.
*Break up the chicken into pieces and place at the bottom of a glass pan.
*Place the cooked broccoli on top of the pieces of chicken.
*Mix one can of chicken soup and ½ cup of mayonnaise together. Stream the mix over the chicken and broccoli.
*Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

    That was really good! I also used 1/8 c. of skim milk. I almost think next time I might add a little bit more mayo to give it that zing! Other then that it was Great!

    Delightfully surprised...yummy! I substituted low fat mayo and cheese and also used low sodium soup. I found by adding 1/8 cup milk, the base became smoother and easier to pour over the broccoli/chicken. I will definitely make again and will try adding a cup of long-grain rice!     Super easy to make, I used low fat miracle whip instead of Mayo. I used low-fat cheddar cheese which didn't melt very well and was a little tough but still delicious. The whole family enjoyed it. - 3/1/09
