My Dandelion Soup 1

Ingredients
6 C preped and chopped Dandelion greens. Fresh.3 C low sodium/free range Chicken Broth1 C roasted turkey leg meat1 large mild white onion chopped1 T unsalted butter or ghee.
Directions
The prep was derived from a web search.
two pans boiling water...cleaned greens...diced....cook shortly in one. Lift out to second. dump water in first wash and saute onion in 1 T ghee. lift greens into pan with onions that are translucent.
cover with chicken stock
simmer with top for 45 min.
No other seasoning added. I like simple things though
