Easy Soy Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups Krusteaz Pancake mix1 Cup Silk Soy Milk2 eggs2 tsp Splenda1 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Warm a pan on the stove with medium heat.

Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Then add in the wet. Stir well but don't over stir. It may be a little lumpy and that is OK.

Spray pan with cooking spray.

Put about 1/2 cup of mix on the hot griddle. Cook until the sides look dry. Flip over. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Makes 5 servings of 2 pancakes.
