Sweet and Salty Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1/3 cup soy sauce2/3 cup water3 Tablespoons sugar3 cloves garlic, crushedcrushed red pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and sauce reduces to a glaze. Makes 4 servings (1 breast per person).

I like to serve this with rice and steamed broccoli.
