Slow Cooker Chili con Carne

1 lb lean ground beef1 large onion, chopped1 can stewed tomatoes1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder
1. Brown beef in skillet together with onions, drain and add to crockpot.
2. Add remaining ingredients to crockpot and combine.
3. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Serve with chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, a dollop of low fat sour cream and a little shredded cheese!
