Ingredients
3 chicken breasts 3 cups salsa1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Brown chicken breasts in skillet medium heat with a dab of olive oil and cover. Cooks in about 7 minutes each side. After cooking, cut up into bite size pieces. Add salsa to skillet and toss chicken back in. Cook about 3 - 5 minutes until hot.

Serves 4. Great with a tossed salad and brown rice.
