Soup-less Tuna Casserole

3 cans tuna1 box bow-tie pasta1/2 a bag of fresh spinach1/2 cup milk1/2 cup mozzarella cheese1/4 cup breadcrumbssalt and pepper to taste
Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions.
While pasta cooks, put three cans of tuna (with water) into a heated skillet. Cook until there is little to no liquid in the pan.
Add spinach to pan, cook until reduced and soft.
Drain pasta, add to tuna/spinach mixture.
Pour mixture into casserole dish, and mix in 1/4 cup of mozzarella. Pour milk over casserole, then top with mozzarella and breadcrumbs.
Cook in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
