Ingredients
12 servings of Baker's Semi Sweet Dipping Chocolate25 Strawberries
Directions
Start by melting Bakers dipping chocolate as directed. Then place a toothpick into the top of each strawberry and dip into the melted chocolate. Finally, place dipped strawberries onto a cookie sheet covered in wax or parchment paper and refridgerate for approximately 15 minutes to harden.
*Dipping chocolate has approximately 13 servings but it does not use all of the chocolate to dip the strawberries.
This recipe makes 25 chocolate covered strawberries.

    Try doing this with unseeded green grapes. Just toss washed and dried grapes into sauce. remove with spoon and chill on wax paper in refrigerator. Can be put into bowl in refrig for a week! - 2/17/09

    Thanks! I never thought about using grapes. I will give it a try. I usually cut up a banana into the extra chocolate, mix and eat.

    It does make several strawberries. This is the reason I added it to my Party Cookbook. I make this when there are going to be several people to serve. It is also possible to make a couple of strawberries at a time. You will just have to cover the extra chocolate until you decide to make more.
