Tracy's sausage and kraut

Ingredients
1 27 ounce can snowfloss sour kraut1 16 ounce pkg. smoked sausage ( I use Kroger brand)1 small onion sliced thin.1 tablespoon brown sugarpepper to taste.
Directions
combine everything except sausage in crock pot.
stir together. cut sausage into 3 inch peices. add to crock pot. (tip- do not drain sour kraut) cook on high 2 hours or on low 3-4 hours.
serve with mashed potatoes or eat on a bun. for low carb eat by itself.
