Cabbage & Hot Dogs

Ingredients
Carotts, peeled and sliced lenght-wise if bigPotatoes, small pealledHead of cabbage Quarted, discard coreHot dogs or Polska Keilbasa
Directions
In bottom of pressure cooker place rack and enough water just to see up to the rack. Place carotts, peeled and cut, then place potatoes in ,and then cabbage. Place hot dogs or keilbasa on top and place lid on, making sure lid is on secure. Place preasure gage on top. Cook until gage starts to rock gently and cook for 5 minutes. When done put cooker under cool water drizzle and cool until pressure drops. Open slowly and enjoy.
