Jeera Rice

Ingredients
3 cups cooked Brown Rice3 Tbsps Smart Balance2 Tbsps Cumin Seeds1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped1 or 2 serrano peppers mincedsalt to taste
Directions
Cook rice, adding salt to the water.
Right before rice is done, heat up 1 tbsp smart balance in skillet. Add cumin seeds Cilantro and peppers. Cook until cilantro is nice and wilted.
Add cooked rice to skillet and stir, adding final tbsp of smart balance.
