Soy Smoothie

Ingredients
1 small banana1cup of Soy Slender soymilk, I use chocolate1serving of yogurt, any flavor
Directions
put everything in a blender and mix it up. I stick mine up in the freezer and have it after my workout. Take the banana out and add other fruit for low carb.
