Ingredients
onion, carrot, celery, 1 can each: garbanzo beans, red kidney beans,cannellini beans, refried beans, canned diced tomatoes, spinach, 1 c. cooked small pasta, water.Oregano or Italian seasoning, salt, pepper,Hot sauce to taste
Directions
Saute vegetables. Season with Salt ,pepper and oregano or Italian seasoning, a few drops of hot sauce Add all other ingredients Simmer 30 minutes
Makes 8 - 2 cup servings
