Lynneth's Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients
Matcha powder -- 1 tspLow-fat soy milk (plain or vanilla) -- 3/4 cupHoney -- 1 tsp (or 1/2 tsp agave or splenda)
Directions
Add 3/4 cup of 165 degree water to a wide glass. Whisk in the matchi powder.

While still hot, whisk in honey or agave.

Slowly add soy milk and top off with ice cubes. Makes about 1.5 cups.

You can also use a blender instead of a whisk. In the summer, I enjoy cutting out the soy milk entirely and enjoying a healthy green tea slushie at less than 10 calories per cup.
