2 T olive oil3 cloves garlic1 onion, chopped1 can chickpeas1 can diced tomatoes (no salt added)2-3 cups fresh spinach or 1 package frozenspices: cumin, cardamom, celery seed, ginger
Heat oil, add garlic, onion, spices, cook till onion is transparent, add tomatoes and chickpeas until heated through, add spinach until wilted/thawed.
