Sausage, Spinach, Ricotta Stuffed Pasta Shells

-1 12 oz package of jumbo shells-1 pound chicken sausage with casing removed-1 large egg-15 oz ricotta cheese-1 package frozen spinach-.5 cup of parm cheese-.5 cup of mozzerella cheese-.25 cup of bread crumbs-16 oz can of tomatos with herbs (or your fav tomato sauce)
cook pasta according to directions
cook sausage without casing until not pink (breaking sausage up into small pieces)
mix egg, ricotta, chopped spinach, 1/2 of the parm and mozzerella cheese, bread crumbs, and sausage
spread half of tomato sauce on bottom of pan
fill each shell with mixture and place into pan
put rest of sauce onto filled shells
Cook covered at 375 for 3 minutes. After 30 minutes, put rest of cheese on top and continue baking for 5-10 more minutes
