1 lb. boneless chicken breast1 can cream of chicken soup8 oz. fat free sour cream1 envelope onion soup mix (1.25 oz.)1 can diced green chiles (4 oz.)
Put chicken (can be frozen) in bottom of crockpot. Mix soup, sour cream, onion soup mix, chiles, and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours.
Can be served over noodles or rice, but add those calories.
