Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla1 oz canned chicken - drained1/4 cup Fat Free Mozzarella cheese - shredded10 Sprays of spray butter (0 Calorie spray)
Directions
Measure out your cheese and set aside. Shred your chicken pieces and set aside.

Warm a skillet over medium heat on your stove. Cut tortilla in half and spray one side of each half. Put half of the tortilla (butter side down) in your skillet and sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese on top of it. Next, spread chicken over tortilla and then top with remaining cheese and the other half of the tortilla (butter side up). Cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side. (Long enough for cheese to melt and tortilla to brown a little).

Serve! I like to cut mine with a pizza cutter into 4 slices and eat with salsa or pico de gallo! (not included in recipe totals)
