Black Bean & Corn Salad

Ingredients
1 pint of grape tomatoes (quartered)1 haas avocado (chopped)1 can low sodium black beans (drained & rinsed)1 can low sodium yellow corn (drained & rinsed)1 tsp ground cumin1/4 red onion, chopped3 Weight Watchers string cheese (chopped) or 3 oz of skim Mozerella1 Tbs olive oil3 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Chop everything up and mix together in a medium bowl, add oil & vinegar & cumin... mix again. Let marinade for an hour and enjoy.
