Pasta Carbonera

Ingredients
1/3 large package of small pasta shells cooked1 can cream of mushroom soup (reduced fat)1 cup water3 cloves garlic crushed1 cup red peppers diced1 cup onion diced3 slices of bacon cooked1 cup diced extra lean ham (deli meat works)3 oz reduced cal mozzarella cheese grated2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated1 cup mushrooms sliced
Directions
cook pasta
cook bacon
with bacon cook the veggies to slightly tender
mix water, soup, black pepper to taste, 1/2 the cheeses and pour over pasta in baking dish.
stir in the veggies and meats.
top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for 20 min or until browned and wamed in the center. Serve. Great with a salad!
