Ingredients
for the crust6tbls unsalted frozen butter.75 cup blanched sliced almonds.75 cup oat meal.75 whole wheat flour.25 cup soy flour.5 cup no cal sweetner such Splenda6 to 7 tbls ice water for the filling3 cups mixed berries1 cup sliced ruhbarb1 cup Splenda3tbls corn starch
Directions
to assemble place first 6 ingredients in food processer and pulse until it resembles coarse corn meal, then add ice water 1tbls at time until it just comes together, then form a disk wrap in
plastic wrap and place in fridge for 15 min. to chill.then roll crust out to an 14 in. circle,then
combine fruit,Splenda and corn startch in a bowl
mix until well combined place crust on parchment
parper on large baking sheet,then place in
center of bring sides of crust around fruit brush
with egg wash and bake 40 or50 minutes.
