Hot Fudge Cake

Ingredients
For cake: Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cupFlour, 2 cupCocoa powder, 6 tbspBaking Powder, 4 tspSalt, 1.2 tsp.Milk, nonfat, 1 cupMargarine, 2/3 cupVanilla Extract, 3 tsp.For fudge sauce:Granulated Sugar, 1 cupBrown Sugar, 1 cupCocoa powder, 8 tbsp.Hot Water, 2.5 cup
Directions
Heat oven to 350. For cake, combine first five ingredients. Blend in milk, melted margarine and vanilla and beat until smooth. Pour into a 9x13 pan. For topping, combine the dry ingredients and sprinkle over the batter in the pan. Pour the hot water over the top and DO NOT STIR! I know this sounds crazy, but it works great! Bake for 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes and enjoy warm. It is also good after it has been cooled off because there is a little crunch to it.
