Baked pork chops

Ingredients
# Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped # *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 medium # *Potato, raw, 4 medium # Stewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup # Water, tap, 0.5 cup# *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 20 oz # Mushrooms, fresh, 6 medium
Directions
Chop carrots, peppers, and potatoes. Put Pork chops in bottom of large casserole. Cover with vegetables , tomatoes, and water. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, then reduce heat to 300 and cook for another hour. Serves 4.Season to taste.
