Olive, Tomato, Smoked Gouda Quiche

1 deep dish frozen pie shell1.5 cups shredded smoked Gouda1 med tomato sliced8-10 small green olives sliced4 large eggs.75 cup skim milk.75 cup heavy cream3 Tbl. floursalt and pepper to taste
Pre-bake crust according to directions. Cool Pre-heat over to 375 degrees.
Place shell on a cookie sheet for easy transport into oven.
Add shredded smoked Gouda to bottom of baked shell. Place sliced tomatoes and olives on top of cheese.
Lightly beat eggs, milk and flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into shell.
Top with sliced onions.
Bake at 375 for 40-45 mins.
Cool for 10-15 mins. Slice into 8 servings.
