* Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate, 16 serving (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove) * Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove) * *Splenda, 36 tsp (remove) * *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.25 cup (remove) * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .75 cup (remove) * Powdered Sugar, 1 tbsp, unsifted (remove)
First pre-heat oven to 425, spray cake pan and shake ¼ cup cocoa powder inside (just like Mom used to do with flour) Dice chocolate and put in microwave safe bowl with butter and vanilla. Cook on high in one minuet intervals stir between cooking segments till chocolate is completely melted, set aside. Cream sugar, eggs, apple sauce, and salt, slowly add to melted chocolate. When fully incorporated fold in cocoa powder. Pour into the prepared 9" pan. Bake 30 minuets or till cake tester comes out clean. Cool on rack ten minuets before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powder sugar just before serving.
