Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Bake

Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts, grilled1 can blackbeans, rinced and drained1 sm can green chilis1 medium onion, diced and sauted1/2 c. enchilada sauce1/2 c crushed baked tortilla chips1//2 c. shredded cheese (mexican style)
Directions
Grill chicken breasts ( sprinkled with garlic salt and pepper). Salte diced onion in pan. Cut up grilled chicken into bit size pieces. Rince and drain beans and add ingredients except cheese and chips. Place in 8 X 8 baking dish. Sprinkle crushed chips over top. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min. Add cheese and bake for another 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Garnish with light sour cream! YUUMMMOO
