Lammb's Bean and Rice Wrap

1/2 cup (precooked) black beans (I soaked mine, so there is no sodium)1/4 cup (precooked) brown riceSanta Fe Tortilla Company Homestyle Whole Grain Tortilla (I get these at Sam's Club)2 tbsp Wholly Guacamole, Classic1/3 red pepper (I use any color peppers)1/2 small onion1/2 tbsp Red Pepper flakesDash Cumin
Cut red peppers and onion into strips
Spray non stick skillet with Pam
Sautee veggies with 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes and cumin until tender (you may want to adjust this seasoning to your preference)
meanwhile, heat rice and beans in microwave about 45 seconds (until warm)
spread guacamole on tortilla, add warm rice and beans, and sauteed veggies.
Fold like burrito and enjoy!
