Vindaloo Chicken

Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts1 onion1 can crushed tomatoes2 tbsp Pataks Vindaloo Chicken spice.
Directions
Put a tsp of olive oil in the pan, medium heat, add the onion, fry until translucent, add spice, fry until you smell spice filling the air. Add the crushed tomato simmer until chicken is done. After chicken is cooked remove from oven and let cool. Remove all fat and yucky bits :-) cut into small chunks. Add the tomato mixture and chicken to a crock pot put on high for 1 hour.
Note: You can add the chicken to the tomato mixture and reheat as well.
Serve with Naan Bread.
