Black Beans 1 cupDark Red Kidney Beans 1 cupCorn 1 cupOnions 1 cupGreen Peppers 1/2 cupTomatoes 1 cupCheese 1 cupSalsa 12 tablespoons
Drain Black Beans , Kidney Beansand Corn.. Mix in a bowl with all remaining ingredients, Onions, Peppers,Cheese, Salsa, Tomatoes. Chill, and Enjoy. You can add more salsa to taste. Serves 4

SLENDERLINDER
REALLY good but I don't think the nutritional info is correct. I did use FF beans. This makes WAY more than 4 servings!! Also, I didn't want to make a trip to the store so substituted a can of pinto beans & white kidney beans instead of red kidney beans & corn. Also added a can of green chilis. - 3/15/07
