Illka's Chilli with beans

Ingredients
Canned Tomatoes, 1 canGround beef, lean, 300 gramsOnions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped Beans, red kidney, 1 cup, drained1 can of waterOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Red Wine, .25 glass (3.5 fl oz) McCormicks Mexican chilli spice to taste
Directions
chop onions, fry in olive oil until clear, add mince, brown the mince.
add the tomatos, kidney beans and red wine with one can of water
simmer for 40 mins until thick
