Anna's Granola

Ingredients
Oats, 4.5 cup Almonds, .33 cup, slivered Nuts, Pistachios, dry roasted 0.33 cupCinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Apple juice, unsweetened, .5 cup Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Maple Syrup, .25 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 2 oz Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.75 cup Raisins, .5 cup (not packed)
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Add all dry ingredients except raisins and craisins. Mix thoroughly. Whisk liquid ingredients separately; then add to mixed dry ingredients. Spray large sided baking pan with cooking spray. Spread evenly and bake for 20 minutes. Add raisins and craisins, mixing thoroughly. Bake another 12-15 minutes until dry and slightly browned. Store in airtight container. 1/4 Cup servings.
