overnight fruited oatmeal

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups skim milk1/4 cup brown sugar1 Tbsp margarine (I use smart balance)1/4 tsb salt1 cup dry oats1 cup apples chopped1/2 cup raisins
Directions
1. spray inside of crockpot with non-fat cooking spray
2. in mixing bowl comine all but 1/2 cup milk and pour into crockpot
3. cover an cook on low overnight 6-20 hours
4. stir in remaining milk just before serving
