1 pound ground turkey1 tbsp cider vinegar1 clove garlic, minced2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced1 pkg. herb-ox sodium free beef bouillon1 6oz can no salt added tomato paste1 cup water3 tsp Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb2 tsp Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning
Mix the turkey, vinegar and Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb seasoning. Form 4 patties. Place in a non stick skillet and cook about 3 minutes each side. Remove patties from the pan. Add garlic and mushrooms to the pan and saute about 5 minutes. Add the bouillon, water. tomato paste and Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning. Blend well until low boil. Return the patties to the pan. Spoon some of the sauce over the patties. Cover and simmer about 8 minutes. Makes 4 - 1 patty servings.
