Chicken Lime Soup (1cp=1serv)

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil6 garlic cloves, sliced1.5 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-wide strips12 cups canned low-salt chicken broth.5 cup fresh lime juice1/2 large oniondash cumin, salt and pepper to tasteChopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and stir 20 seconds. Add onion, stir until soft. Add chicken and cumin to pot; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté 3 minutes. Add broth and lime juice and bring to simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer gently until chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes. Season soup to taste with salt and pepper.
