Stuffed Green Pepper soup

Ingredients
-1 lb. ground turkey-1/2 tsp or so of Onion powder-1 bottle of tomato juice-1 to 1 1/2 cups of rice-1 small green pepper chopped
Directions
Brown 1 lb of ground turkey and season with some onion powder. Drain. Pour in one bottle of tomato juice and chopped green pepper. Stir and then add rice (more or less for your taste) and stir. Let simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until rice is cooked and peppers are soft.

Makes approximately 10 1-cup servings.
