Ingredients
1 egg yolk1 Tbsp white wine vinegar2 cloves of garlic, pressed or mincedsalt and pepper5 Tbsp Spanish Olive Oil5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolk, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. While whisking, slowly drizzle in olive oil and vegetable oil until a thick mayonnaise consistency. Serve as a dip or toss over boiled potatoes for Potatoes Aioli. Also really nice as a sandwich spread for much less calories. (1 serving is 1Tbsp.)
