Raw Masoor Dal (Whole) - 0.5 cup, 1 serving (remove)Raw Green Mung (whole) - 0.5 cup, 0.5 serving (remove)Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 0.75 cup (remove)Almond Meal - 0.25 cup, 1 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (2 oz), 2 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)*French Fried Onions, 2 tbsp (remove)
Saute onions. Add minced garlic and pressure cooked lentils and spices and cook until the water evaporates. Puree
Add egg substitute, almond meal and cheese and mix. Top with fried onions.
Pour in loaf pan and bake at 375 F for 45 min.
