Indian Chicken Curry

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts (about 1 lb)4 medium tomatoes1 jalapeno pepper1 can chickpeas, rinsed 3 cups water 1 tsp salt1 chicken bouillon cube4 tbsp canola oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon crushed pepper1/2 tablespoon red pepper1 tablespoon turmeric2 tablespoon red curry paste1 tablespoon coriander 1 medium onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped
Directions
Chop vegetables and pepper and put them in a medium saucepan with 1 tablespoon of your oil, allow them to brown and then add 3 cups of water , then add your chicken, peas and spices. Let it all simmer for about an hour until the liquid is reduced. This makes a soupy curry, add less water if you like. Serve with brown rice. 2 cups per serving.
