Crockpot Beef Stroganoff w/Rice

Ingredients
2lb Round steak - cut into strips10.75 can of Cream of Mushroom soup1 c fresh mushrooms1 c chopped onion1/2c waterOptional: 1/2 c light sour cream - not included in recipe3c brown rice - prepared separately
Directions
Cut steak into 1/2-1 inch thickness, onions, brown with mushrooms for 15 minutes.
Place water, mix and soup in crockpot.
Drain beef mixture and pour into crock.
Cook 6-8 low heat or 4-6 on high
Prepare brown rice separately
Serve sauce over rice
