Easy Cheese Cake

Ingredients
1/3 less Cream Cheese, 24 ozLemon Juice, 1.5 fl oz Flour, white, .25 cup egg beaters 8 ozYogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup Pie crust, graham cracker, 2 pie shell (9" dia)
Directions
Filling: in a large bowl, blender, or food processor, ( i use food processor). add cream cheese, yogurt sugar, lemon juice, eggs, and flour then beat until smooth and well blended. pour into already made pie crust and bake 350 degrees for one hour. cut into 8 serving per pie, cool and serve.

i usually cut up the second one and vacuum pack it and put in freezer for a later day..each pie serves 8 and is 332 cals per serving. you can tweak the recipe with sugar sub. to make it less cals.
