    This sounds really good, most carrot cake recipies call for a lot of oil. Do you think you could make it with whole wheat flour and Splenda - 3/24/09

    I think you could make it with the whole wheat flour for sure but as for the Splenda, I find it always leaves a strange after taste in my mouth.
