Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, drained and chopped1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and squeezed of excess water3/4 cup mayo (can use fat free or light)3/4 cup fat free sour cream2 tablespoons Good Seasons Basil Vinegrette dressing packet1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

Pour into 8x8 dish, top with remaining parmesan cheese and bake for 30-45 minutes, until cheese has melted and is bubbly.

Enjoy with crackers or tortilla chips!
