Granola - p.b., flax & craisins

Ingredients
Natural Unsweetened Applesauce, 0.5 cupMolasses, 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp *natural peanut butter, 8 tbspOats, 2 cup**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbspAlmonds, 0.5 cup, sliced Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.5 cupCoconut, shredded, 0.5 cup
Directions
Makes about 12 (1/2 cup) servings

Melt butter, molasses, maple syrup and peanut butter in a skillet. Add oats and mix together. Add flax seed, almonds and sunflower seeds. Sitr and cook for a few minutes. Turn off heat and stir in raisins and dried cranberries.

Pour mixture onto cookie sheet and cool.
