Ingredients: Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot (remove)*Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 7 oz (remove)Tomato Sauce, 400 grams Egg, fresh, 2 medium Parmesan Cheese, grated, 20 grams *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Cook onion in some water and some oil, then add carrots and zucchini. When they become soft add the mince pork and the tomato sauce. leave t o cook for about 15 minutes. In the meantime boil the brown rice. When ready add to the sauce you have prepared add to it 2 eggs and some grated cheese and put in a dish. Cook in the oven for about 50 to 60 minutes at a tempreture of 190deg.
