minced pork and mashed potato

Ingredients
500g minced pork118g onion, chopped100g carrot, diced1 dessertspoon of mixed herbs1 large tin of chopped tomatoes1/2 pint of stock1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce800g potatoes, cooked and mashed
Directions
serves 6
fry pork mince until browned, drain
fry onions and carrots in another large pan, add herbs, stock, tin of tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, and add the drained mince, cook for approx 1 hour till reduced. put in oven proof dish and top with mashed potatoes. bake in oven 180 degrees, for apporx 30 mins
