Hot Veggie & Chicken Salad

Ingredients
6 pieces of boneless chicken breast1 cucumber1 zuchini1 yellow squash1 onionPure Virgin Olive oilSpices:Paprika – Cumin – Cilantro - ParsleyCyenne pepper - Garlic powder or 3 wedges of fresh garlic
Directions
Cut chicken into strips (like chicken fingers or chunks)
In a Wok or large skillet, add olive oil, heat, then add chicken Add dashes of
your spices

Cook chicken and spices in stir-fry style
when chicken is done add vegetables
cook vegetables until evenly heated and chicken and spices are mixed well

Add basil just before serving

You can serve over rice, inside pita bread, top with your favorite dressing or eat plain. Use your imagination adding spices and other vegetables.
