Peanut Butter Apple Salad

Ingredients
1 c. Light 'n Fit Vanilla Yogurt1 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth or chunky1 medium Red Delicious or Granny Smith Apple1/4 c. Post Grape Nuts
Directions
Combine the yogurt and peanut butter. Cut the apple into pieces and add to mixture. Add the grape nuts at the end. Yields 1 serving. Makes a great lunch or snack on the go. If you're taking for lunch at work combine the yogurt and peanut butter and add the apple and grape nuts when ready to eat. Great meal!!

    The breakdown on the calories do not add up to 401 more like 351 and also the calorie breakdown includes 1/2 c of grape nuts not 1/4 cup. This sounds like it would be really good so I want to try it but I think the calories should be around 300 as the recipe is written - 4/18/15
