Ingredients
Flour, white, 2/3 cup Milk, nonfat, 1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
heat and spray a 10" skillet. use a 1/3 c measuring cup to pour batter. tilt pan around until batter covers the whole bottom. let cook for 30-50 seconds and gently flip with a sprayed spatula and your fingers. cook an additional 20 seconds on reverse side. remove and place on a paper towel.
yields 4 large crepes.
