Lentil Nut Roast

Ingredients
2 cups lentils, cooked2 cups can tomato sauce/or 1 14 1/2-ounce can tomato sauce1/2 cup cooking oil1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs2-3 eggs, beaten1 cup pecan meal1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. sage1 tbsp. onion, dehydrated1 cup fresh carrots, grated1 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients except spaghetti sauce and mix thoroughly. Put into an oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spoon spaghetti sauce over top before baking, if desired. Bake a 350*F. oven for 1 hour. Makes 10
